The only cost EVER required from us, is the one time fee of $40 to cover the costs of the necessary software and instructional booklet to enable you to perform quality work. Once you receive your packet, you will be ready to start immediately. Q. What does this position pay? A. The income potential is dependent on the availability of the hours you can work each week. In other words, $30 per order completed. Q. When is my pay sent out for completed work? A. Checks are sent out on a daily basis for orders completed prior day. You will receive your first payment approximately 3-5 business days after your order is processed, via U.S. Mail. Q. Do you send me a "list" of companies to receive orders? A. We do not send you a "list" to contact companies in order to obtain work. This is not the way we operate. Q. What is the "process" for receiving orders? A. The process is the customers respond to sites that are all over the internet. You receive notification through your email for you to complete and return. Orders are received one after the other until you are ready to stop for the day. Q. Who are your customers? A. Customers vary from college students, job seekers, and professionals. Anyone at all that requires our service. Q. What would I be typing? A. You will be typing out whatever the customer requests to have done. This can vary from the simplest one page report to letters. There are examples and instructions in the informational booklet which will accompany your supplies. Q. What exactly is the software that is needed? A. The software for this position is ILE Software. It is a DOS program that runs on IBM computers. This software was constructed solely for this and is an invaluable job aide. Q. Do you have a "Refund Policy"? A. Once your application has been approved and supplies are sent out, we DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. We have know way of knowing if the software has been damaged, sold to someone else or still being used. Q. What if my application is not accepted? A. If for some reason your application is denied, your application and fee is sent back to you immediately. Q. Can I mail a personal check or money order to ProjectNet for the software package? A. ProjectNet accepts money orders and Western Union only. No personal checks will be accepted. We used to accept personal checks, however due to the overwhelming non-sufficient personal checks we no longer are able to accept personal checks. Q. Does ProjectNet accept credit cards or PayPal? A. Not at this time. PayPal has changed their requirements for sellers. It is not in the best interest for you as a contractors to wait for your software package to arrive via slug mail. Credit cards are to expensive to process. You would be paying more for your software package. Q. What is the Western Union address that I can send my fee to? A. The address for the Western Union is: Rainbow Foods 1801 County Road 42 West., Burnsville, MN 55306. Please be sure to let us know in advance if choosing to use Western Union. Q. How soon can I start typing and earning money once I have sent in my application and fee. A. As soon as your application has been approved we will email you your software package and you may start immediately. Q. Do I need a printer? A. Yes, a printer is needed in order to print out our instructions on how to perform this typing job.
